By accessing or using the Wise Apple platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Wise Apple provides a machine learning-based trading analysis platform that allows users to create, test, and analyze trading strategies using historical market data. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes.
You can use the Service in three ways: as a guest with no account, with a free account, or as a paying member ("Pro"). What each way includes is shown on our pricing page, and it can change over time.
Important: Wise Apple does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The information and tools provided through our Service are for educational and informational purposes only. You should not construe any such information as legal, tax, investment, financial, or other advice. Nothing contained on our Service constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments.
All trading and investment decisions should be made based on your own independent research and evaluation. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Backtested results are hypothetical, not advice. Power Tests, reports, charts, alerts and any results shown in the app, on our website, or in our videos are made from past market data. They do not represent actual trading, they are made with the benefit of hindsight, and they never promise future results. A model that did well in a backtest can lose money in a live market.
Guests. You can open the app without an account. A guest's work, such as PowerCore changes and test results, stays only in that browser tab and is gone when the tab is closed. Your browser keeps a few small notes so the Service works the same way on your next visit; our Privacy Policy lists them.
Free accounts. A free account costs nothing and needs no payment card. It keeps a small amount of your work on the device you use, and you must confirm your email address before it can save work. Free features, waits and limits can change at any time.
Making extra accounts does not add to what an account includes. Each account keeps its own work.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

Trader Chat is for paying members only. In Trader Chat, you agree not to:
Members can block and report anyone. A person reads reports. We may hide messages, hide a member while we look, or ban a member who breaks these rules. A banned member loses access to Trader Chat and cannot buy a new membership.
Pro is a paid membership subscription. There is no trial: guests and free accounts let you try the Service before you pay. By subscribing, you agree to pay the price shown for the plan you choose. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor and are subject to their terms and conditions. Prices include any sales tax, VAT, or GST we are required to collect.
Founders pricing. Today's prices are founders pricing: $8.88 per month or $88.80 per year. These prices are subject to change for new members. Join before the first price rise and you keep your price for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price of that day. A membership stays active through a failed payment that is fixed within the 14-day grace period.
Subscriptions are recurring. Your subscription renews and bills automatically each month or each year, depending on the plan you chose, at your price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the in-app billing portal. When you cancel, all future charges stop. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and after that your account becomes a free account until you subscribe again.
7-day money-back guarantee. Your first payment on either plan, monthly or yearly, has a 7-day money-back guarantee, once per person. If you ask within 7 days of that first payment, we refund it in full, and your Pro access ends when the refund is made.
Renewals and every later payment are final and non-refundable, and so is any first payment after you have already had a refund. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep full paid access through the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
In limited cases — for example fraud, unauthorized charges, or duplicate billing — Wise Apple may grant an exception solely at its own discretion. Granting an exception does not waive this policy for any other charge. Filing a chargeback, or receiving a refund outside the money-back guarantee, may result in termination of your paid access and refusal of future purchases.
European Union and United Kingdom. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of a digital service. Your membership starts right away when you pay, because you ask us to start it right away. If you withdraw within those 14 days, we refund your payment, minus an amount in proportion to the days you already had access. During the first 7 days, the money-back guarantee above refunds the first payment in full. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wise Apple and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You keep ownership of review content you submit. When you check the review permission box and submit, you give Wise Apple permission to display the review, rating, chosen display name, optional country, and optional profile photo on its website, in the app, and in Wise Apple marketing such as emails. An approved review may remain displayed if you later delete your account, unless you ask Wise Apple to remove it.
Reviews must be genuine and must not contain spam, abuse, off-topic material, unsafe personal information, or unlawful content. Every rating follows the same moderation process; an honest low rating is not rejected merely because it is negative.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wise Apple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction, including any right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
