By accessing or using the Wise Apple platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Wise Apple provides a machine learning-based trading analysis platform that allows users to create, test, and analyze trading strategies using historical market data. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes.

You should not construe any such information as legal, tax, investment, financial, or other advice. Nothing contained on our Service constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities or other financial instruments.
All trading and investment decisions should be made based on your own independent research and evaluation. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

The Service requires a paid membership subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your chosen plan. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor and are subject to their terms and conditions.
New memberships begin with a 7-day trial for a one-time, non-refundable $3 fee. At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically begins billing at the plan you selected — $33 per month or $330 per year — unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged again and you keep access through the end of the 7-day trial period. The trial is available once per customer; returning members resubscribe directly at their plan price.
Subscriptions are recurring. Your subscription renews and bills automatically each month or each year, depending on the plan you chose, at the price displayed when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through the in-app billing portal. When you cancel, all future charges stop. Your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and after that your access to the Service ends until you resubscribe.
The $3 trial fee and all monthly subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades.
Annual subscription payments include a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of any annual charge — including your first annual payment and each yearly renewal — we will refund that charge in full. When an annual charge is refunded, your paid access ends immediately.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep full paid access through the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
We keep the cost of trying the Service intentionally low. The $3 · 7-day trial is the way to evaluate the Service before committing to a full billing period: if it is not for you, cancel during the trial and you will never be billed the full plan price. After the trial, the monthly plan remains a low-commitment way to continue one month at a time, and every annual charge is protected by the 14-day money-back guarantee described above.
In limited cases — for example fraud, unauthorized charges, or duplicate billing — Wise Apple may grant an exception solely at its own discretion. Granting an exception does not waive this policy for any other charge. Filing a chargeback, or receiving a refund outside the annual money-back guarantee, may result in termination of your paid access and refusal of future purchases.
Your membership starts immediately upon purchase. By subscribing, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that this affects any statutory right of withdrawal you may have, such as the 14-day withdrawal right available to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. The annual money-back guarantee above is intended to meet or exceed that withdrawal window for annual purchases. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wise Apple and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You keep ownership of review content you submit. When you check the review permission box and submit, you give Wise Apple permission to display the review, rating, chosen display name, optional country, and optional profile photo on its website, in the app, and in Wise Apple marketing such as emails. An approved review may remain displayed if you later delete your account, unless you ask Wise Apple to remove it.
Reviews must be genuine and must not contain spam, abuse, off-topic material, unsafe personal information, or unlawful content. Every rating follows the same moderation process; an honest low rating is not rejected merely because it is negative.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wise Apple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction, including any right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
